Is STS the best approach post-baby? Those last 15 pounds...

Hi everyone,

I've just completed week 1 of STS and I'm really enjoying it.

I'm wondering however if it is the best approach to lose the last 15 pounds of baby fat? I'm 4 months post-partum.

I do low-impact cardio on non-STS days and I have to admit that I don't do all of STS legs due to back problems (I do the bonus legs programme.)

My diet is pretty clean (mostly.) I walk a lot during the day and I would say that I can work out for about an hour a day before baby wakes up.

I'd be grateful for any advice. Thanks!
 
Im in for that too!
I have about 5 pounds to loose after my baby.. Im a tinny person.. but after the c/secion my abs are the worst they ever been..
