Is it my imagination . . .

I had the same issues with the wall squats. By the time I got low enough to be able to grab them, I could not get back up. I had to put the weights down and do it without them.

That's what I did, just went low enough to touch the weights but had to leave them on the floor. I'll try the different suggestions you all have posted, thanks.

By the way, I did that Disc 3 yesterday and my legs ARE sore today! And I work my legs hard every week--I think it's because there were so many different exercises. Love it!
 
week 1 Results

I am doing the Cathe Nutrition Manager and STS. After first week I have lost 5.5 lbs from 176 to 170.5. My 3 1/2 month goal is to drop from 25% BF to 17%. So far so good. I am sore and cranky though!
