For those of you with knee/joint issues, do you take glucosamine supplements? If so, have you noticed any improvement? I've heard of studies that say it's not as useful as claimed, yet some people swear by them.
If you take them, what brand do you use, and do you use just glucosamine or the combo of glucosamine/condrointin(sp?) with MSM, etc.? Have you noticed any side-effects?
Sorry for all the questions, and I know this isn't "Web MD" but I value your opinions and want to make an educated decision as to whether or not to start taking another supplement.
