I wasnt going to do the 1RM test but decided to try it tonight. I'm confused when I printed my workout card out is the weight I should use on the Target weight because it seems lighter then I can do. And I usually keep up with Cathe's weight that she uses on all her past videos but I can tell I'm not even going to come close to what she probably lifts. I pretty much know my limit with good form. I hope this gets easier to understand for us slow ones. LOL
 
Yes, the target weight is what you use. If you did the 1RMs to failure, it will be right. By the time you finish the workout, you will know it! I also kept up with Cathe on previous workouts but for the most part, not on STS. You do have the ability with the new version to alter your 1RMs if needed so try a workout and see how it goes with what you have now and make changes as needed.
 
Your Target weight amount may need some adjusting, which you will find out as you go along. Most of mine were dead on, but a couple were too light (but only by 1 to 2 pounds), and a couple were way too heavy (I must have had a strong day during those particular 1RM tests. :D ).

Playing around with the poundage will get easier as you work through STS.
