My six year old daughter is a convert-in-the-making!!!
She knows all about regular exercise, rotating your Cathe videos, mixing cardio and weights, and always asks me which tape I am planning to do today (her fave is Powermax because she loves to sing "boom, dananana, boom, dananana"), and joins in with the moves when she's in the mood as she speeds through the room on her way elsewhere. Today she joined me for the 7th cardio section of boot camp, (speed bags, power kicks, etc) and any minute I step down from my step to pick up weights for a 2 minute circuit section, she slips in her opportunity to skip up onto the step and fly across it a few times. She even trained slow and heavy triceps with me the other day....
This is as close to a Cathe-convert as I have gotten to date. But perhaps, she is a very important long-term convert in the making?!?!?!?
