I have both series and I say:
Get the intensity series and then just get the Timesaver DVD from the bodyblast series - you'll get the cardio workouts from the kick/punch/crunch - most of the leg workout from Legs/glutes - the step portion and I think all of the hi/lo from step/jump/pump - plus all the weight work from step/jump/pump and bonus footage. There is also cardio from the Step/blast.
You just don't get supersets and push/pulls - which is not my favorite Cathe weight workout.
