Insanity...The day after! :-O

Well I did the Insanity preview work out (plyometric cardio circuit) y'day and today I can barely move! I am sooooo sore, especially my back but I swear everything hurts! :eek: I have never gotten sore like this from cardio-not even close! Anyone else in the same boat from these work outs??
 
I hear ya, Wendy, I've been on vacation and tonight will start in where I left off on my rotation (which wasn't too far). I'm anxious about it, because I KNOW it'll kick my butt! :p

I did the first dvd and the next day my back was soooo sore, and my torso too, I'm mixing with sts and tomorrow I have legs meso 2 disc 14 and for the cardio recovery I'm going to do something else extra..

What is Insanity? Ive seen several references to this and i havent been able to find the workout. This upgraded site has me relearning the ropes. I never thought i would say this, but IM OLDSCHOOL.:p

I have it and am almost finished with my 3rd week. The back/torso soreness does get better! Matter of fact I almost forgot that my back was tight after the first couple of workouts because now I don't get sore! (so it does get better! :))

You're not the only one Wendy. I did that same workout and was so sore the next day. (I've been afraid to try another one since then :p)
 
Oh I'm so glad it's not just me cause I figured if it was then I was doing something very wrong. I guess I'm not. PHEW! I feel better now!

# 2 dvd not that good!!

I did the second workout today, I didn't find this one hard as suppose to,:rolleyes: I did extra abs workout I wanted to do at least more than 35-40 min workout. I did not find anything exited about those V push ups or for the triceps. When he said " if you want shoulders like this you got to push" I was thinking my self, yea right they don't know Cathe shoulder's workout, that's the real deal:p
