Has anyone done this rotation exclusively? Results? If not, how did you rotate it with other workouts? Thanks!
 
I considered it my "cardio" and did it by doing an insanity MWF and lifting either total body T/TH or splits T/TH/Sat. I found it too much to do every day.
 
Sounds like the general consensus maybe not to do these every day. Are the workouts structured in a way that you could only do 15 minutes and as add-on on weight training days?
 
They are all structured a little different. Some are Tabata sytle, some in circuits, etc. So some may work better than others if you want to stop mid-way. There really isn't any chaptering so you would have to start at the beginning or FF if you wanted the end of the workout. HTH!
