I just had to say THANK YOU!! for the Slow & Heavy series! I am recovering from recent knee surgery (Sept. 25th) and have been using your Slow & Heavy series to help me get back into shape. I've not been able to do any cardio except my stationary bike, but it seems to be working GREAT with S&H! My physical therapist and Orthopaedic surgeon are amazed at how quickly I've healed and how well I'm doing.
I know you recommended short rotations of no more than 3 weeks, but I'm comfortable and easy with this type of focused training and would like to continue for at least another 3 weeks. Will this be OK?
