I have them (I bought them when they first came out).
I love them for incline (though they only permit one angle).
I also do tricep dips on them (seated on the lower side, when the step is set up as in the cardio workout).
I've also done lunges onto them.
The two risers also stack together nicely to make a height about the same as 2 regular risers (a bit higher), which is much more stable for High Step work (even with extra risers on top) than using two regular risers.
