I'm a beer drinker.

My step mother says really dumb things too. I don't think she's ever said anything so blatantly offensive, but she blurts things without thinking of how they'll sound. Drives me nuts. When my husband got his long, long hair cut to shoulder length, she said something about how his hairline was receding. Like DUH! He's been losing his hair since his mid-20's. Think he's never noticed? In her defense, though, the haircut was kind of dumb and I never liked it. It's much nicer now that he's got it really short.

I can't drink but if I could it would be Raspberry Lambic, a Belgian concoction of ale and raspberries. I also like Prosecco (a sparkling Italian white wine). But alas, no can do.

I am so sorry about your stepmom! I have one of those, too. When I was a kid, she used to call my mom names when we came to visit my dad, and she is just mean. She talks about everyone as soon as they leave the room. She is the kind of christian that everyone hates because she gives christians a bad name - she condems those that don't live EXACTLY in accordance with God's word (but really, who is perfect? SHE IS!) Now that I am older, I feel really bad for her. She is so unhappy. She had a horrible mother. My dad is happy, and I just have to keep that in mind when I am seething. He sees her as this wonderful mother, sweet, kind loving person she is NOT, but love is blind, I guess.

I will drink for you, though. I have my fozen starwberry daq in one hand and fuzzy navel in the other - Here is to you step-mom! Up yours!

I drink whiskey and coke (diet coke)
I also like margaritas frozen slushy
and Arbor Mist

I have an evil stepmother too, so I know what you are going through! Evil stepmother's should be outlawed!!

Now on to a more pleasant topic....Red Zin or a very full bodied cabernet. I can't drink beer anymore (lost my taste for it) hard alcohol just kicks my booty...but I love my red wine (sometimes too much:) ).
