With you alls help, I ordered the Drill max and the Pyramid Upper and lower body. Want 2 more of the same to be able to mix it up a bit. 1 for muscle building and a Cardio, with no fancy step stuff....I am a guy. Thanks!!!!

You can't go wrong with bootcamp. Plus it has muscle endurance which is great. Even though you said two, I would highly recommend either slow & heavy or Gymstyles. I have all the gymstyles and they rock!

Brian: Peter, those are Cheerios.

For cardio with no fancy step stuff I would say either Bootcamp or KPC-this is one of my favorites. I don't try to do a lot of muscle building but I have Gym Style Legs and it's good so if looking for upper body I'd say the Gym Style upper body would be the one to go for.
I also like Kick Max but I do the blasts first, then the kickboxing series, then the standing leg work, which w/ being a guy you probably wouldn't want to do the standing leg work. The blasts really get your heart rate up & by doing them first it makes the kickboxing seem more intense.

I'd go for the Slow&Heavy dvd for your muscle building choice....Gym Styles are great as well, but that's 3 dvds....For cardio, I'd recommend Kick Punch and Crunch or the Bootcamp dvd. With KPC you get Legs&Glutes which may or not be of interest to you, with Bootcamp you also get Muscle Endurance which is a good complement to Slow & Heavy. Sometimes I'll do one body part per day and use the chest workout from S&H followed by the chest work in ME just for an extra burn at the end.

Good Luck.

Here's another vote for BootCamp, especially if you're a guy - and Cathe actually included 2 guys in that one. Can't go wrong- I would rank it right up there with Drill Max, but it's only 60 minutes.

S&H would also be a very good choice for you, but it's split into 3 DVD,s so if budget is an issue that way, maybe MuscleMax? The Gym Styles are also great muscle building workouts.

Good luck! I'll be curious to hear what you decide.

Another vote for Bootcamp... Drill Max is something pretty unique for Cathe imo... BC really is the closest in her Library that meets same criteria. If you cannot get SH (LOVE Upper work in this one) then probably MM is next best. If PS is less expenseive you might get that one... Its a dated (not alot) version of GS.
