Jes- I went back to watch it again, this time with sound (my work doesn't afford us speakersx( ) Anyway, a couple of points I want to make.
1. It's hard enough for those of us who are uncoordinated to follow dancy moves, much less to take cues from someone whose accent is that heavy.
2. He is the National Aerobic Champion of Argentina so I have to give him credit BUT where is the rest of the class? He alone would bore me to tears.
3. Someone said that Hispanics don't necessarily have any all the dance moves (such as Mexicans). Well, Duh! But, I can tell you if I were a Mexican male I probably would NEVER want to dance like that ANYWAY. I am a Mexican-American female and I don't want to dance that way, let alone workout like that. But hey, to each his own. If it keeps you from being sedentary, more power to you.
4. You don't have to be Hispanic & love Salsa to move that way. Has anyone seen Strictly Ballroom. Marion, help me out here. Is this taking place in Australia or in New Zealand? I love that movie!
