I would say any 3 day heavy weight training split (2 UB/1LB). So off the top of my head are S&H, Pure Strength, STS M2 or 3.
 
Thanks Ladies. I just ordered them. I like to follow Cathe's rotations as close as possible and I have so many of the workouts. these are the last ones I need.

I agree with Mini-Natty: look for heavier weights substitute. The weight training in 4 day split is ideal for this. CTX is excellent, very thorough, but uses lighter weights and has more of an endurance feel. You can split up the work on the upper body split as you like.
