For the CTX cardio I would do the Kick Max cardio or the KPC cardio. I asked Cathe this and she said that would be fine. I am not sure about MIC because I have this workout. I will say Step, Jump and Pump premixed without the "Pump" (or weights) may be somewhat similar in intensity with the combo of hi/lo and step; however, it is already used in the first week (did it yesterday), so I am not sure if you want to do this twice in a week. Maybe Rythmic Step or one of Cathe's older step videos might work. Wish I could be more help...
