Have you read the review for Ripped with HIIT? If I were you, I would save up and purchase the entire set. They are awesome tough!

I would go for the lower body ones in the new wkouts. Liked them the best, but I seem to favor the lower body stuff. They got my heart rate up nicely and burned the most calories.....OR X10!!!! Metabolic intensity! 5 different sections that are 10 brutal minutes each. Many premixes to suit your time constraints. I usually try to do as much as possible but it is a killer! No doubt about it. I has to be one of the toughest wkouts I own!!!!

If you want cardio/metabolic, I'd say:

X10
Intensity
To The Max

If you want weights...and can afford to get a "series,"... I'd say:

4 Day Split (cardio is so-so, but this series has a multitude of awesome weight premixes)
Gym Styles series

My suggestion is to stick with what you have right now and save up for the next presale which should be coming up within 6 months. Focus on increasing the weights you use safely during that time. Get a jar and pay yourself whatever change for a dollar you have left in your pocket every day you workout. You will have enough money for the presale and additional workouts by the time summer comes around. Cathe practically gives the workouts away during the presale. No other instructor comes close. Plus you will get double free shipping and deal of the day if you time your order right. This way you can maximize what you get.

RWH is a very good choice. It has a different focus than the ones you have. It is very well chaptered which makes using it so much easier. I did the upper body circuit 2 days ago followed by Burn sets chest and back, a combination I will do again. My upper body was fried by the end but I felt great.

If you don't build muscle mass easily, STS is a must. At least Meso 2.

Drill Max and Athletic training are a must for me. I do 1 or both almost every week. I find Drill Max harder than all the cardio you listed based on HRM readings even though I mentally think of it as more intermediate cardio. Same for X10, the full length premix is a killer but in a good way.

Always check Deal of the Day - The Terminator is a pretty good deal, today, haven't done it but surely some of Cathe's toughest, no you really can't beat the price, today, personally I like Intensity & Drill Max is a goodie, toss up which is more fun.

I would say intensity for cardio. It's a killer. Pyramid upper body and lower body are tough weight workouts. Can't go wrong with either of those.

I have quite a few DVDs in my mind, like other posts suggested X10 is an amazing cardio/metabolic AND VERY INTENSE workout with so many different premixes from under 30 mins to more than an hour choices, or if you want a strength based workout PYRAMIDS upper and lower body workouts (both in one DVD) and because you already have XTRAIN, these are so different than XTRAIN weight workouts. Body max 2 is really best of the best, because it has excellent cardio, plus abs, plus lower body, PLUS upper body weight work AND IT IS REALLY THE HARDEST AND MOST ADVANCED (and very long [emoji33])workout.
But if I were you, I really agree with KATIE LEE if you can wait and save up and buy Ripped with HIIT series. Because RWH has everything, like heavy weights, cardio, upper/lower body circuits, excellent lower body weight workout, 2 bonus Abs routine and they are so FUN, and soooo many premixes and yes this series is the MOST ADVANCED series! This series is really an all-around wonderful cardio/weight system to own. While I have most of Cathe's DVD's, this is the only "bundle" series I own. I've been tempted to buy the STS series with all the great reviews. The older I get (40), I'm really a believer on more wt training, and a little less cardio. I think one of the toughest cardio workout I own is "Afterburn", and her Hiit DVD (with 3 hiit workout options) ANY OF THOSE 3 HiiT WORKOUTS ARE KILLERS!!! Cathe & her crew continue to amaze me after all their yrs together~classy group of women!!!
