My nemesis turned out to be the calf raises that came last. I couldn't balance on the high step! My chair back wasn't high enough for me to hold on to so I used a dowel, but Cathe and crew weren't really doing much more than putting their fingertips on the chair so I don't know why I kept wanting to fall off. If anyone has tips for how to do that move more easily, please let me know.

I am on a 6-month STS rotation, so I still have a few weeks left of Meso 1, but Meso 2 is fascinating to me. It looks so simple and easy on paper, but after reading all the posts about it, I now know that meso 2 is anything but easy!!!
It'll be interesting to hear what the back and biceps workout is like. I noticed in previewing that Cathe does all 3 sets of chins/pull ups back-to-back. Yowza!!!!
