In the Facebook chat yesterday, Cathe said that the Rock'm Sock'm DVD would have a "no jacks" premix, yet I don't see one listed for this one. There is a "5 Gone" premix -- could that be what she's talking about?

Her long arms probably add to the difficulty!

I love working triceps and if I'm not shaking with the last couple reps I'm not working hard enough. I love Kate - ok I really just wish I was tall and lean like her lol!

I'm wondering if she meant the "less kicks" timesaver premix? She probably just mixed them up in her mind, which probably has a million things going through it every minute!!!

Awe thanks you're so kind I'm technologically challenged so it took me 6 months to figure out how to load a photo lol! This was taken in Vegas where my son and I go for annual shopping expeditions.
