I tried Low Max this weekend!!! My new favorite!

Low Max was awesome! I think this is definitely going to be my new favorite. I run 3 to 4 times a week and this is a such nice change, doing everything low impact and still getting a nice intense workout!!

Low Max rocks. Especially for us old folk. :)

I tried Core Max last Thursday & I really REALLY loved it. I could only do the first section b/c I don't have my new stability ball yet, but I'm thinking this'll be replacing one of my two weekly ab workouts.
 
I did Low Max this morning. This workout really wipes me out! For some reason, sumo squats and other moves where you try to get real low fatigue me much more than higher impact moves. I'm not sure why because I usually exceed or match Cathe's lower body weights, so I don't think it's leg strength. I have very long legs. Could this be a factor?
 
Dani, have you tried the blast only premix? Wow! It's a killer.:) I usually pair that with the leg conditioning drills in KM.

Dani~You JUST tried it? It is awesome! Don't you feel like smiling while doing it? It becomes MORE fun the more you do it. As someone who is just getting back into my jogging, I love it too for a low-impact option. I have also done it modifying "UP" making it more intense which is a great option too. Also, give Coremax a try. All three workouts are great!
