BTW the shot didn't hurt a bit, my podiatrist is really really good!!!!:7

Still have to not do step aeorbics! But I survived 3wks so I can survive 3 more.

I have lost 16.5 pounds on the Atkins' Induction phase, only 8.5 away from goal!!:7

Good luck! I can't believe it didn't hurt! I have had them in knee, ankle, wrist and two in my neck and they hurt like the dickens! My PF is ok as long as I only do the bike and wear Danskos or Birkenstocks. Anything else sets it off and I miss CATHE

I am so happy it didn't hurt. I've had them in both heels and couldn't walk afterwards, and it hurt like the dickens!

Wow Annette congrats on your Atkins success so far!! That's really wonderful! When I did Atkins, I only lost 5 pounds on induction. You are doing GREAT!! I hope the cortisone injection helps!!

Yes I can still lift weights

Lifting is not a problem and have been doing quite a bit of it lately due to my heel. It is feeling much better and I just don't want to chance it so I am taking it easy with cardio. I did a KPC premix today and was very delicate on the jumps (like that is possible,LOL!) and twists.
