I hope you like your new workouts

I haven't gotten mine yet either, but also wanted to say that the clips look great and these workouts will be just what I need to kick start my new year! Today I thought I heard someone at the door and I raced to answer it, tripping over the dog in the process, only to find it was someone wanting to know if I needed them to shovel my snow.... I'd been hoping it was the mailman...!!!:(

Also wanted to say how much we all appreciate you Cathe! Have a great holiday and new year!
 
You are so welcome A-Jock...if you want all out intensity...go right for HIIT 40/20, followed by HIIT Pyramid, followed by HIIT 30/30.....then go to Cardio Core Circuit followed by Athletic Step. Remember, Shock Cardio varies intensity for cross training purposes, but these I mentioned are your highest intensity workouts. Don't get me wrong, the others in the series are hard, but purposefully not AS hard (however, if you want it more "HIIT-like" I'm sure your Mish Moshes can fix that :eek:)


No questions here, just in my ritual state of suspended animation in the last 24 hours before anticipated delivery. I've viewed several of the clips with great eagerness (especially the HiiTs and the Circuit one!) and it's going to be a dilemma to decide which one to do first!

Hi Gin! Just the two circuit workouts offer premixes, however, there is a variety of intensity within the SHock Cardio series. Not every workout goes all out. This was done on purpose so that you can safely enjoy cardio everyday. Travel Fit and Step Moves are lower impact so give these a try first. The MMA workouts are low impact during the combos but high impact during the inserted blasts between the combo's. Even so, those blast are VERY EASY to modfy to low impact. Hope this helps and take care of yourself Gin. Let me know if you need help on any of the workouts :)

Okay....I thought of a question. Will the new workouts have premixes or do you think I will I be able to modify in some way until my stamina is back 100%?
 
Thank you RunninTeach (and everyone) for your kind words of appreciation. We definitely wanted to make sure you received these workouts before the holiday. Glad this will be the case for most.

You will get very good at the box jumps. You are perfect in starting at a lower height...before you know it you will jump over my head :eek:

I received my set today and broke in Circuit Blast. Whew! Whatta workout. I'm curious how you make it look so easy to jump on the step with 8 risers?? I only used 6, and I was whooped. :p

Thanks again for working through a heckuva storm to get the shipment out. I totally agree with other posters who said that was in no way expected but very much appreciated!

I haven't gotten mine in the mail yet but after seeing the clips....oh my gosh...i was squealing with delight lol :D I love how you always, always find a way to make your workouts fresh and original....you are without a doubt the best!!!
When I started out with your workouts I was extremely overweight. I couldn't do half of the moves...but I modified and persevered...always thinking "someday I'll be able to". Well someday has come and gone...I've lost 75lbs...& I know I couldn't have done it without your expertise! Thank You!!:D

You have made me push myself to do things I would have never done without your encouragement! You and your staff are very much appreciated!
