I finished my 30K!

Way to go Carole! I admire those that can run like that. How special to have your sister to run with!

THAT'S AWESOME! I don't even know how far 30K IS!!!!!! LOL.

You've been so wonderful answering all my beginning-runner questions! The motivation you feed me is AWESOME.

Just one question....WHAT'S NEXT???

Gayle

p.s. Just wanted to let you know, also, that I got the Freestyle Training book on loan from my library. Now that my CRAZY month of October is done, I plan on reading thru it this week and see if it's something I want to try. Thanks for that bit of info as well!

Thanks Robin...:)

Thanks Maggie for your kind words...:)

Jane..thanks...it was tough but I did rest ALL day...:)

Gayle...thank you...:).. 30K is 18.6 miles. I am always happy to help new runners! I'm glad you got your Freestyle book. I know RWattier made a couple of rotations for Freestyle using Cathe workouts. If you want check on the Rotation forum and go back a ways...
