I finally matched Cathe on biceps!

Hi everyone,
Yesterday I finally matched Cathe on bicpes in CTX. I can match or go higher in every other area. Biceps have always been my weakest area, and I felt like such a sissy girl. I think I started with the bar at 15 lbs. I bought those little 1 1/4 lb weights plates and have been pushing it as often as I can. Yesterday I finally got up to 25 lbs. for those crazy eights!! I screamed to my husband in the other room "OMG, I did it!". My next thought was "I'm staying right here at 25 lbs. for the rest of my life!" Even a wimp like me can do it. I'm loving it!

Good going Dawn!!!! I love CTX Upper body! The biceps section is SO challenging! Well, ok, all of it is challenging! LOL!
 
25lb bar for crazy eights is SO impressive. I am green with envy. My biceps must be weak cuz I can never use that much. Good for you Dawn!!!

I just matched Cathe on PUB this weekend! I was so excited, it took months to slowly move up on the bicep section. PUB is one tough bicep workout!

Yeah Sherry!!!

I know the feeling. Recently I've been pushing myself to match Cathe on big boy pushups. At the moment I can't even remember which tape it was, but Cathe does 16 pushups - takes a breather - then does 16 more. I was able to do 24 and was shaking so had to drop for the other 8, but I felt awesome getting that close. Hopefully by the end of May I'll do all 32.
