I can't get it to work! It just says, "connecting.". Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to make it play? Thank you.

Have a great weekend.

I can't see it either...;( ;( ;(

I wasn't up when it was posted last night so I'm trying it about 7:20 this morning. All it says is "connecting"....;(

Good Saturday Morning All....I promised the kids hayrides today so I have to sign off for now but Chris will be in later today to troubleshoot for you if you need help :)

If you see the preloader saying connecting then everything should be okay on your end. We've also seen this latency problem and are working on it. Usually the file loads in seconds, but we have seen it take 5 minutes. The file you're trying to view is a flash streaming media file and should work on about 94% of all computers. Our network uses load balanced servers and should be able to handle the traffic no matter how many people try to play the file. You should always make sure you have the latest version of flash on your computer, but if you're seeing "connecting" then the problem is on the server end. We have some engineers currently working on this, but the problem is more than likely related to a major outage that our flash media host had a few days ago. If you and everyone could also let us know what type of connection speed you have (i.e., DSL, cable, dial up modem) it would be helpful as we can't rule out a coding problem with the files we are using for clients using slower connection.

It finally played for me! I have cable high speed. I tried about 8 times -always getting just music. I decided to let the music play all the way through, then try again. It worked! Wonder if you guys fixed something or if I just got lucky. Oh, well, good luck all...I'm off to watch it again!

I still can't see it. I let it try to load for ten minutes and nothing. I have high speed cable internet access.

I couldn't see the clips when using Mozilla Firefox, but when I used Internet Explorer, it works. I am not a computer savvy person, but maybe that will help a few of you!

Okay.... I just did the opposite of what kern did... I was trying to view on Internet Explorer with no luck, switched to Mozilla Firefox and it worked!!! things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm...

The clip is fantastic! I can hard wait until I have those DVD's in my hot little hands.... I am so excited!!!

I am stuck on "connecting" using a Novatel wireless card (Sprint PCS). ;(

Can't wait to get back home and try from the high speed cable I have there.

Edited to add - I just downloaded Firefox and was able to view the clip using it instead of IE. Too cool!! I can't wait for the full-size clips!

I used Internet Explorer and it worked fine. Is anyone behind a firewall? Perhaps you need to check your proxy settings....
