If you see the preloader saying connecting then everything should be okay on your end. We've also seen this latency problem and are working on it. Usually the file loads in seconds, but we have seen it take 5 minutes. The file you're trying to view is a flash streaming media file and should work on about 94% of all computers. Our network uses load balanced servers and should be able to handle the traffic no matter how many people try to play the file. You should always make sure you have the latest version of flash on your computer, but if you're seeing "connecting" then the problem is on the server end. We have some engineers currently working on this, but the problem is more than likely related to a major outage that our flash media host had a few days ago. If you and everyone could also let us know what type of connection speed you have (i.e., DSL, cable,dial up modem) it would be helpful as we can't rule out a coding problem with the files we are using for clients using slower connection.
