Hi Ladies (and Jerry)
I am having such a hard time getting back on track with my weekly plans. I needed a BIG rest week after back to school and husband travelling and my mom on a cruise ship with Hanna, Ike and Josephine. Okay now everyone is home safe, school starts tomorrow and I just can't seem to get started.
I want to do a week of staedy state cardio, then a week of circuit etc. Any suggesstions??? Should I take another rest week (say yes) and then start again???
Any suggestions would be helpful
