I am so upset!

DH bought me a white gold locket for my B'day back in April (before Joey was even born!!!) that said "Best Mom" on it and he had it inscribed on the back with "love you always". Well, I can't find it!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Please send me some good vibes that will help me locate it. It will break my heart to have to tell DH it's gone. ;(

I never lose jewelery!!!

If I had to lose a piece, why did it have to be THIS one?? WTF!?! x(
 
Aw poor Wendy--I can so relate! I lost 2 pieces of jewelry this summer, totalling about $1200, & I'm like you--I think it's the only jewelry I've ever lost in my life. Everything's on my homeowner's insurance now--I know it can't replace items with sentimental value, but maybe you can do the same.

Anyway, hopefully it'll turn up when you least expect it--don't panic & we'll send good vibes your way!
 
Oh Wendy - lots of good vibes to you. I can totally relate. A couple of days the cat knocked my wedding band off the dresser (I was showering) and it took me FOREVER to find it. Dang cat....

I hope you find it. I've done that before too. For me, it was a matter of putting it somewhere other than the usual spot. With each pregnancy my memory seemed to diminish more and more! :-(

We always pray to St. Anthony when thing are lost. He is the patron saint of finding lost items. It works! (Can ya tell I am from an italian catholic background?)

Thanks ladies! I'm going to go for a walk with Joey now...seems pretty nice out. Hopefully my locket will appear when I return! :)
 
Where were you the last time you remember seeing it? Did you sleep with it on? Check the beds, sheets and around the bed.

Good Luck....where could it be? Did you take it outside of the house? I lost my watch DH gave me for christmas and it was expensive.I use to take it off before working out and sometimes leave it in the laundry room.I haven't seen it in monthes but it has to be in the house somewhere! I told him the other day and he wasn't overly impressed with me.Im gonna have to start searcing BIG time!
