I CANNOT find this

I know I read a post about how to make the workcard card print larger. i can't find it anywhere now.

I looked for it too this past weekend and couldn't find the post. What I ended up doing was copying and pasting into word and then printing from there. Ctrl-A selects all, then Ctrl-C to copy, once in Word use Ctrl-V.

I believe SNM's suggestion was to see whether you can scale your font through your printer driver.

I also just copied and pasted my first card into Word, but it was a lot of work to try to make it fit with the right columns, etc. I'm not sure I'm going to want to do that every time (plus, I'm very picky about formatting details and that doesn't help).

Lisa thanks for the tip:) because it works.

Your welcome Barbara, glad I could help. I remembered that the other thing I did once I got it in Word was to highlight only the portion that had the exercises (I didn't highlight the headings as this threw off the formatting) and chose to add grid lines to the exercises in the table. Hope that makes sense.

I agree about the formatting. I want it look just right. When I did a regular cut and paste, it tool it onto the next page.

I found that pasting it into Excel works well. After I click view and print in the Quick Print options, I drag to highlight the info, and then right-click on one of the areas highlighted in blue and then paste in Excel. It puts the information in individual cells, which makes it easy to adjust the info and the size.

Thanks again Lisa yes you made sense so I went and add the grids and it makes it so much better to see where everything is.

I have also been pasting my 1 RM cards into Excel. I then zoom in the view to 150% so I do not have to get close to my laptop to choose my weights. Excel makes it easy to insert or delete rows for me.

Pasting the workout card into Excel is perfect. It's more space efficient and easier to read. Thanks for the tip.

Ditto on the thanks for the Excel tip. I would not have thought of that and it works much better.

There has to be a way to make the font larger. I just went to print off the 3 cards I need for week 2 for next week and the print is so small! It was 'normal' when I printed the first week's cards, but now it's small. I copied and pasted into Excel, then formatted it the way I want, but I am not going to do that for each card. There just HAS to be a way to increase the size of the print.
