I'm soooooo happy with myself. I totally talked myself out of a binge:) I found myself picking a few cookie chunks out of my hubbys cookies and cream ice cream. Then i said to myself outloud "i'm not going to do this to myself anymore". I laced up my sneaks and I went on an amazing 45 min run. The weather was sooooo beautiful here in south florida today. When I got back I no longer had the desire to binge. I know i need to replace my binge habit with something else and today it was a run. I'm just so proud of myself and i wanted to share because you ladies have been so wonderful to me with support and advice.

That is wonderful! You found something else to occupy your mind! They say that cravings only last about 10-15 minutes or so, (or something like that - I heard this on Dr Oz recently) so as long as you can occupy your time in other ways, you can beat it! Keep up the good work! :D

YAY KARIEV!! You have totally inspired me with something I am struggling with right now (not food related). CONGRATS! :)

{{{doin' the Snoopy Dance!!!}}}

Way to go! It gets easier once you can nix that first one! Good for you! I find that if I can get my mind on something else or get out of sight of it, I'll be okay! So, you did it! That is so awesome!

thanks ladies! it feels so good sitting here watching the super bowl and not feeling guilty for my binge, bloated, and pissed off. I have to remember this feeling each time the urge comes about.
