I was so scared of the new workouts!
I even posted about how I was afraid of them.
Well, I embraced the challenge with a "can do" attitude and I have found that I can still use an 8 inch step in Body Max's first cardio section. I do the blasts with a 6 inch step as a modification.
I am having a ball with these new workouts -- I think they are Cathe's most fun workouts ever!
Yes, they are challenging and no, I can't do them all perfectly, but the bottom line is I am improving every day!
