Hi! I have watched MIC DVD three times now and I am afraid to do it!! It looks soooo intense that I just don't know if I will be able to get through it without calling 911 LOL! Cathe is incredible. How does she keep jumping so high! Mainly I am afraid of the hi/low portion, I think that I could get through the step parts without too much trouble. I have done almost all of her other workouts except for the imax's. Intervals 1-5 are all I have tackled at one time with those tortuous workouts. Can someone please motivate me to try the MIC!! Reassure me that it is possible to get through the DVD without a doctor and ambulance ready!
