I'm seriously contemplating getting an at-home spinning bike from Jeff Wimmer at Studio Cycles (based on recommendations from this forum--thanks!). The only thing holding me back is wondering how often I would actually use it? I belong to a gym that offers cycling classes, but my gym is really far away and I'm considering cancelling my membership because it is just so hard to get my rear end to the class!
I know everyone is different with their workout routines, etc., but I do think I would benefit from an informal poll. So, those of you with a bike in your house, how much use does it truly get? (Also, please note that I am not a triathlete or avid outdoor biker--just your everyday Cathlete/workout addict looking for low impact options to supplement all the high impact workouts I do--so I would probably mostly do spinning DVDs like CycleMax.)
