How many use wo manager and calendar?

I love using calendar to track wo. :D But checking my stats compared to CatheNation, there don't seem to be that many people taking advantage of this feature.(Considering how many lurkers there are) Just wondering if others use this? I have only been a "regular " since November. I may not have used all the features before but just clicked on rotations. I didn't realize you could down load so many rotations. I wish I had seen this earlier but now only thing I will download into calendar after we get new wo manager is STS.

I really don't ever use it:eek: I will start soon, though, once the new version is released because I MUST get my rear in gear for STS -- such a procrastinator!
 
Another user here! :D I like keeping track of my workouts. Creating goals, graphs and putting in my favorite workouts.
 
I started using it, but then I reverted back to using my Works Calendar just because it was easier to access.

I do plan on playing with the new WM version though.
 
I use it all the time. AND I am so looking forward to the new version with CatheTV. I like seeing my progress and how many calories I burn!
 
I use it too, but wish it had more features! I have used the Prevention Magazine and I like the graphs that they provide about that totals averages Calories over weeks and months, types of different workouts you did, shows output vs input. ect... I hope the new software has some features like that:eek: I still find myself coming back to this site though so there is something I must really like about it...:D
 
I have used it since I started last August and really have nothing to compare it to, but it has definately had it's glitches.. I can't wait for the Beta 2.0 to be released with all the upgraded feature... I have entered large amounts of data into my calendar, only to find the next day it has all disappeared! Luckily it is a minor glitch and the data shows back up the next day, but scared the daylights out of me the first time and made me a little angry until it happened again, and again (not complaining but it was an issue for awhile that I have noticed others have had as well)...

I mostly use it to monitor the frequency of my workouts as well as how many calories I could be burning... it's not the most accurate as it does not take into consideration your participation levels, but is a general idea of what benefits you are getting from the workouts. I hope that the new release has premixes though! I just have to adjust the duration of my workouts when I do not do the full version, and do know that most of them are not the same intensity levels, etc... but for not having anything else to use other than the calendar on the wall, I find it very helpful :)
 
I use it...

I use it to keep track of all of my workouts. I wish that I could print it out, though ... and with details of my workouts (which DVD, notes, etc.)

But I do track all of my workouts on it -- helps me plan and keep track of what I need to work on next.
 
I like to track my food and workouts out on The Daily Plate website. It is AWESOME. You can log in all your food and your workouts. It is one of my all time favorite websites:) I haven't quite figured out the Cathe one yet.
 
Workout Manager

I view my stats now and then, but mostly I use the WO Mgr to log my workouts. It's truly a motivational tool for me! ;)
