How Long Was Your Wait for Cathe’s Clearance Gear to Be Shipped?

I was told by CS that they have thousands of orders, and process them in order received. I have no idea how many orders they can process in a day, or a week, so I don’t know if mine will be shipped in weeks or months. It’s been a week and a half since ordering, so how long did you wait before your gear was shipped?
 
I ordered the day they announced the sale and got my stuff about a week later.

I did just place another order last week. I’m assuming this go-round will take longer because of the volume of back-orders they have.

Speaking as someone who works for a business that does DTC business, backlogs can really snarl things up, and if you have limited staff to handle the volume it can really delay shipping.

They’ve been good about warning us on social media about their challenges, at least. Some businesses don’t give their customers the courtesy of an update ever.

You can see in the photos on FB that even Jenn & Cathe are helping pick, pack & ship orders, so they're all pitching in.

If that social media is FB, I don’t use it, so I haven’t seen anything about it, other than the CS response email. Thanks!
 
I got mine today and I ordered on Feb. 17th. I tried out Fit Tower TB. I don't have a fit tower or a barbell and it worked out fine. Easy to do a substitution. Good arm burner. Really glad I got this!
 
I received my order from Feb 17 on Monday. I had one item missing. I contacted customer service. I didn't expect to hear for a few days at least. They responded in less than 24 hours and sorted it out. Shout out to Nancy (Thank you)! The response was very professional and kind as always. I think they are catching up with the deluge of orders. I'm hoping we buy out all of the inventory so Cathe doesn't have to sell it at a bigger loss.

Mine took about 2weeks.
That’s was the slowest tho. Usually it comes quicker, my box seemed to have been stuck in Pennsylvania for a days then in San Francisco for days too.
 
I placed an order on the 6th, but haven't received any shipping notification, etc. Only received order
confirmation email at the time I ordered.
 
Did you see the little video clip on there with Kathy Smith & Cathe? Cute, Kathy is hugging Cathe...gosh
Kathy S is alot taller than Cathe.
