How Long Was Your Wait for Cathe’s Clearance Gear to Be Shipped?

I was told by CS that they have thousands of orders, and process them in order received. I have no idea how many orders they can process in a day, or a week, so I don’t know if mine will be shipped in weeks or months. It’s been a week and a half since ordering, so how long did you wait before your gear was shipped?

I made 2 separate purchases on February 18. One was delivered today - 19 days!. The 2nd is expected March 12th. Be patient. It's taking longer than usual partly due to the huge number of sales. You can see in the photos on FB that even Jenn & Cathe are helping pick, pack & ship orders, so they're all pitching in.
 
I ordered the day they announced the sale and got my stuff about a week later.

I did just place another order last week. I’m assuming this go-round will take longer because of the volume of back-orders they have.

Speaking as someone who works for a business that does DTC business, backlogs can really snarl things up, and if you have limited staff to handle the volume it can really delay shipping.

They’ve been good about warning us on social media about their challenges, at least. Some businesses don’t give their customers the courtesy of an update ever.

If that social media is FB, I don’t use it, so I haven’t seen anything about it, other than the CS response email. Thanks!
