How long do U w/o?

Hi-

I usually workout 6 days/week. On a typical day, I get up early and do around 40 minutes of some sort of cardio. Then at lunchtime I go to the gym and lift..usually its one bodypart/day, heavy weights and low reps.

If I took out the socializing part of my gym visit, I can typically get my weight workout done in about 30-60 minutes.. 60 minutes being the longest when I do legs, 30 on the days I work biceps. Typically the bigger the muscles the more time I spend working them.

So, all in all it ranges about 70 to 100 minutes/day, which I feel is pretty much the max time I would ever want to spend working out in one day.

I've gotten tremendous results training like this and thus far have remained injury free and I'll be 43 next month.
