How Do You Like the Band?

I can handle pretty heavy weights, so

I thought the same thing! Boy, were we wrong! I really felt it! I was impressed!
 
I'm having mixed feelings about the band. I liked it and thought that it was very effective for the shoulder work in Muscle Max. I also liked using it for the step ups. However, later in the same workout when it was used for tricep kickbacks, it was very uncomfortable for my wrist and hands. It may be that I need to experiment with hand holds and tension to get it to the point where it doesn't feel so uncomfortable. Maybe I need a lighter resistance band for this segment (my triceps are notoriously weak).

For me the jury is still out on how much I'm digging the band.
 
I was surprisingly pleased with the band, both in terms of effectiveness and ease in use. It really adds a new twist to things and works my muscles differently.
 
I was thinking of buying DynaBands from Collage but what length should it be? They have 3,5 and 6ft bands?
