how do i use my own pic for an avatar?

hey everyone,

sorry if this question has been asked many times before . but.. how do u post pics? i have an acct at picture trail.. do i just put the link in my signature line? and also.. about your pic as an avatar.. how is that done?

Hi Candy!
Your weight loss inspires me! As of 2 two weeks post partum with #5 (Sept 03) I've lost 11.5 lbs leaving 38.5 to go. Anyway you look great.

Wow thanks to all but when u stop and think about it ....i am going slower than a snails pace.. but hey.. thanks guys.. Just wish i could as they say here in the south .. sH*t or get off the pot hehe.. i need to get the rest of this off! LOL i will as soon as my itty bitty t*tties heal i will ! :) thanks girls
