Log in on the workout manager page.
Click on any date
On the far right of "STS DVD", click on "Add New"
At the top of the page, choose a disc.
That page will then fill with the exercises for that disc.
At the bottom of that page is a button to "print and save", click on that.
You'll get a printable page of the exercises with spaces for:
target weight, actual weight, target reps, actual reps, 1RM, %1RM & notes.
You will probably have now added that disc to your calendar of planned workouts, but it's easily deleted if you're only chasing the print-out sheet to calculate your 1RMs
