How did you progress to Cathe?

Promise not to laugh....ok??!

I did my own thing years ago but when I restarted and was needing to lose alot of weight it went like this

Richard Simmons tapes
Kathy Smith's (Lift weight to lose weight and Power Step and Kickboxing tapes)
Billy Blanks' Taebo (advanced, basic and Ab and Glutes)
Cathe

I made really big strides and jumped levels very quickly.

I mean it though you better not have laughed,LOL!!!:7 }( ;-) :+
 
I started when one of my co-woker lend me a Billy Blank Tabo-Basic. I got hooked. Then, another co-woker mentioned the Firm and bought classic volume 2. I loved it. After purchasing more than twenty of their videos, which I still have them, here comes Cathe. My first Cathe was Cardio Kicks and Circuit Max. Boy, I hated them first becasue I was always totally wiped out each time I tried them. This was six years ago and now,I cannot imaging life without Cathe and looking forward to the many more years with her. :7

After babies (the mid 80's), I walked, then ran, and began the Firm. Did some Kathy Smith, but found hers less intense than the Firm. Did some Tae Bo. Yoga for leaning out.........

Then FINALLY bought my first Cathe's in March of this year (Intensity series) and haven't looked back. Still run, use the Erg (rowing machine) and bike, but wouldn't be in shape without Cathes.

Hey..it must have been deleted but in the spaces/blank lines in my message above, it should say "Kid #1" then the next space "Kid #2" and then next space "Kid #3"!! Cathe is the best for the ex-gym rat who has too many kids to get to the gym anymore!!

physical therapy (2001)
back to home training with other fitness trainers (2002)
Cathe (2003 'til most probably old age)
