How are the body parts split up?

Can anyone tell me if the exercices in mesocycle 1 (chest,shoulder and triceps) are alternated between body parts (i.e. one set for chest, one for shoulder and one for triceps and then repeat) or is one body part done separately and the other two supersetted?

I won't always have the time to complete the full workout in one day so wondered if there was some easy way to break it into two workouts?

Also how are the body parts and exercises split up in mesocycle 3?

Is there any way to do a body part per day or 2 body parts per day with this system?

Lora... Its all in the guide book (just FYI)

Meso 1 Day 1 is alternating body parts...
Day 2 is Back Back - Tri Tri then Back Back - Tri then it changes again
Day 3 is all Legs

Its all chaptered so YES you could do it however you wanted/needed
