Cathe-style formula for dry hair:
1. Work Olive Oil through hair
2. Comb through and secure hair in a bun (make sure it's very secure).
3. Do CrossFire Extreme
4. Peel off drenched workout clothing and soggy sweatband.
5. Shower off salt / wash and condition hair as usual.
Alberto V05 never had anything on a Cathe workout! Oh, and my hair turned out very soft.
