HOORAY!!! STS 2.0 is on the way!!! We just finished loading all the US orders onto the mail trucks and they’ve begun their journey to your mailboxes!

We’re currently working on the international orders and will be getting those out as quickly as possible.
STS 2.0 downloads will be available tomorrow Tuesday, May 23rd. We will post download instructions here on Facebook, in our forums, and on our website on the 23rd.

The STS 2.0 User's Guide will be published after the workouts are added to Cathe OnDemand. We will update you as we know more about an exact date.

Looks like mine was just scanned in and shows Friday as estimated delivery date! I’ll probably burn through a whole set of ink cartridges while printing guides and workout sheets!

I was printing workout sheets for two of my fit tower dvds and lo and behold my color ink needed replacing. Black ink was replaced a few weeks ago. Bring on the STS 2.0 guides!
