It was very simple, I put everything in the Slow Cooker for a few hours and yum, yum
. I am big on spices (Creole) so you can make adjustments for your taste. I used other spicy spices to fit my taste. I have never been a big meat eater mostly fish, turkey and chicken. 2016 I plan to make sure my intake is more Vegetarian focused.
1 cup Parsley - Raw
2 Jalapeno Peppers
8-12 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
3 stalks Celery
2-3 Tomatoes
2 cups Organic Chicken Stock
5 oz Chardonnay (for taste)
Small can Contadina-tomato Paste
0.50 tsp Spices, fennel seed
1 large, Onions, raw
2 -3 Raw garlic cloves
0.25 cup Water
Balsamic Vinegar (to taste)
1 tsp Rosemary, fresh
0.50 tsp salt
0.50 Black Pepper/Red
6 small Steamed Baby Red Potatoes
2-3 cups Carrots
2.50 tbsps Corn Starch (mix with cold water & stir and pour in 1 hour before complete)
