I just ordered the KPC and I couldn't even do it. I was so uncoordinated doing it. I really like Cathe. Any suggestions?

I believe you're talking about the Combo's after the high intensity drills? Some one mentioned that they found it easier to concentrate on one at a time and master it. Once you get used to the moves (like step), it'll get easier. Keep at it.
 
I second the comment about the drills. I can never do all three, not because of energy, but my mind is fried by then. Usually I end up doing only 1 1/2 and then give up. Also, one time, I did the drills alone as part of a mish mosh of other workouts I made up. This helped a lot. Melissa
 
KEEP GOING!!! It is so good for you and your mind! On workouts like that...I can literally feel my brain working out, too!
 
Yes. It is a great mental challenge. Never expect to master a Cathe cardio w/o on the first try!! She is there to challenge you after all. If you could do it straight out, it would bore you to tears within weeks and then gather dust on your shelf. Waste of $$.

You had problems with KPC? Congrats! You are perfectly normal!!!

Now get it out again, and concentrate and practice and SMILE and HAVE FUN!!

Also, I find that doing lower body weight training (GS Legs, for exammple), makes all my cardio workouts better. After just a couple of weeks of doing GS Legs once a week makes my aerobic workouts leaps and bounds more efficient! I really notice this in Lowmax when I'm doing the kicking sequences. My kicks are sharper, crisper, and more controlled since I've been doing GS Legs once a week.

I think you'll find the same to be true of core work, too, when it comes to KPC. In other words, the stronger your core is, the better you'll be at KPC, since the core is engaged so much in this workout.
