Hip issues

Hi Cathe,

I see you had a birthday, Happy Birthday! I hope your boys made you feel real special today. :) My hip has been feeling tight since I started lifting heavier and lately a little sore on one side. I find some of the exercises in the sts extended stretch helpful and was wondering if you had any others you could recommend. Thanks so much. :)
