HIGH STEP Update 10/08/03

Oh my, when it rains it pours......but this time I'm happy to say that it is GREAT news!! Guess what just pulled up? A tractor trailer filled with HIGH STEPS.

I just peeked inside of this truck and it will definitely take a few hours to unload it. After that we will start packing the orders and tomorrow begin shipping what we have completed so far. It will most likely take us through the weekend to finish up shipping the orders.

Time to get busy (deep breath;-) )

I am so happy to hear. I might get the High Step in time for my birthday which is next week. Most likely, I will get it the following week, but it is great to dream. I can finally do "sit and stands" with enough height! LOL

Yipee!! I can't wait because now I am really working on those step ups and to do it on this one will even be better because I won't fall from losing my balance, I hope;-)

I'm excited!!! I have been wanting this since the PS series came out. Thank you Cathe!!! Don't work to hard and like everyone says, take breathers. Waiting a couple more days to receive this is OK.

Any updates on shipping of the high step?
Are the baby doll shirts available to go out
with the high step? Are toppers only shipping
before high steps + risers?

Hi Julie, I don't know if this helps answer your question or not. I placed my order for a high step with a t-shirt early last week. I decided that I wanted to add a couple of risers to my order, so I emailed SNM yesterday to see if my order had shipped. I received an answer this morning that they would add my risers to the order and that my order should ship either today or Wednesday. That is not a definite date, but maybe that helps.
 
Hi Julie! A huge shipment went out Friday and yesterday and will continue to go out. We are expecting the second shipment of shirts to arrive this afternoon as we continue to pack and send. We'll let you know more soon :)
