I voted for High Step Challenge. I like both workouts, but for some reason HSC seems more fun. Maybe it's the music....not really sure though. I also know I was sore after it so that's a plus.

My vote is for High Step Challenge, although I like both. Right now, I'm in my "honeymoon" period with a lot of the Hard Core workouts. HSC has great music, it's fun and it's effective. Can't beat that combo :)

I couldn't answer as I feel I like them equally well for different reasons. So my vote is: I like them the same! :) :)

It's hard to say. I like both

I like the music from HSC better than HSTA, but I like the HSTA premix options better than HSC's timesavers. I'd rather have upper only, legs only, cardio and legs only, etc. You get the picture:)

I like both but I prefer the HSC because the music is better and there are only a few leg presses.I think the same as Maggie. I would love to have an upper only, lower only and a cardio only premix in the HSC.

I like both but I voted for HSTA becuase it is more challenging for me. Think one arm dips... Oh my. I like the 8 inch step cardio segments much more than the cardio segments in HSC.

I chose High Step Challenge because it flows better and the music rocks, and I like the choice of exercises. I found High Step Training Advanced to be very, very boring.

Boy, I like them both too, but I have to agree with Cathy, I think I am more worked out with HSTA than HSC. The leg presses get boring after the first 3 cycles and the music is awful, but I'm pretty winded with HSTA. I have to add a few cycles of Imax 3 with HSC to feel good and worked out. A couple of the cardio segments in HSC just don't do much for me. Go figure.

I really like them both. In HST, I like the cardio and allll those step ups and the hamstring tucks. In HSC, it seems to move a bit quicker, and the abs at the end are a bonus.

Nothing should be jiggling, unless it's jiggling off. - Cathe in HSC

I don't think that I can make a choice here. I like both workouts. I do like the premixes in HSTA so much better than HSC. I worked on the chaptering on HSC to program what I want today. The thing is that some of the strength training on HSC keeps your heartrate up. I don't see how you can really eliminate these and make it a good workout. It is more of a strength circuit workout IMHO.
