I did upper body CTX today and my arms are trembling as I am writting this post. Reps kept on adding up. Plus the eccentric/negatives sets added a challenging twist to the workout. It lasted 55 minutes but felt longer because of the contents.It's all good.
I would not dare 85% one rep max cause reps are high. Each set is 16 reps. i lifted moderate though between 70-80%. I loved staggered push up without variation. Especially for back there is 3 set of wide grip barbell row, followed by an additional set of close grip, one arm row (my favourite) plus bonus.
By the time I reached the triceps push up bonus, my arms were cooked
Looking back I still can not believe how I managed crazy 8 with ez curl
. Great stuff loved it.
