Hi guys!
My name is Kelly. I've been a lurker on the forums for a while and decided to finally jump in. I'm 28 from Denver. My story is very similar to a lot that I've seen on here, I started working out with The FIRM and lost some weight. I got a bored with it and started watching FIT TV, where I saw this little powerhouse of a woman using what seemed to me like a huge amount of weight on her barbell, and I said "Wow!" I tuned in again and again and eventually recorded some of her workouts (ended up being all of the FIT TV versions) and bought some others. Step Blast and Rythmic Step are my fave workouts along with the Gym Styles. I'm trying to get the last 10/12 lbs off along with toning up and losing some flab. I look forward to getting to know all of my fellow Cathe-ites :D
 
The forums can be very inspirational! Many times I've thought I'm too tired to work out, I'll just play on the computer for awhile. Lo and behold, after browsing the forums, I just have to go workout! Fabulous information and it's great to read about other people with the same interest.
